Appearance: Pale salmon pink

Nose: Slightly tangy with notes of red fruits (strawberry and raspberry)

Palate: Round, very refreshing red fruit. Light-bodied and easy to drink.

Pairing suggestions: As an aperitif, or with assorted shellfish, goose rillettes, melon with cured ham, mixed salads, barbecued meats (meat skewers, pork, beef or turkey sausages), quiche Lorraine, charcuterie, cold chicken, tomato tartare, roast beef sandwich, tomato tart, pork and pineapple casserole, courgette quiche, red mullet fillets, or seafood lasagne.
