Nose: Red fruits (strawberry) and sweet spices (vanilla)
Palate: Full, rich and smooth. Well-structured with a red fruit character and a slight hint of vanilla in the finish.
Pairing suggestions: Chicken terrine, blanquette of veal, roast suckling lamb, sirloin steak with wild mushrooms, stuffed quail or quail with grapes, duck with cherries, grilled rib of beef, roasted leg of lamb, roast partridge, tomato pasta bake, lamb or veal kidneys, Provençal-style lamb cutlets, or soft cheeses.
