Palate: Fresh mouthfeel with initial notes of green pepper, full mid-palate with red fruit and spiced notes. Structured and rich.
Pairing suggestions: Charcuterie, dried sausage, rabbit, guinea fowl or chicken terrine, barbecued meat skewers, steak, pizza or spaghetti bolognese, duck slivers, chicken thighs, stuffed aubergines, tomato and basil pasta, Provençal-style lamb cutlets, or fromage frais with herbs.
