Appearance: Lemon with hints of gold
Nose: Elegant with white fruits, hints of brioche and grapefruit endnotes
Palate: Fresh and lively mouthfeel with a yellow fruit character developing a slightly tangy taste. Elegant with fine bubbles.
Pairing suggestions: Goes with all courses, from hors d’oeuvres to dessert. Oysters, cold pike with mayonnaise, foie gras, scallops on a bed of leeks, salmon roe, king prawns à la plancha, goat’s cheese with herbs, breaded Camembert, pear charlotte cake, crêpes, strawberry melba, walnut or apple cake, or ‘Galette des Rois’ (creamed almond paste in puff pastry).
