Appearance: gold with green tints.

Nose: pleasing, floral (broom), crystallized pineapple,
exotic fruits finish.

Palate: very pleasing and fat attack, ample, round and
fruity (white fruits).

Pairing suggestions: As an aperitif, or with assorted shellfish, charcuterie, grilled eel, scallops, vegetable velouté, raclette, tartiflette, rabbit in cream sauce, chicken with peanut sauce, oven-baked trout, fillets of pike-perch, sushi and sashimi, red tuna tartare, Tomme cheeses (e.g. from Savoie or Jura), or Gruyère cheese.
