Nose: Complex, mineral and slightly minty – all the signs of an excellent Muscadet

Palate: Nice oily mouthfeel, round and full with persistent minerality

Pairing suggestions: As an aperitif, or with salmon-based appetizers, scallop ramekins, curried prawn risotto, lobster en croute, marinated king prawns, seafood stew, sea bass tartare, John Dory with sorrel, or monkfish in cider.

Age of vines: 25 years old
