Pairing suggestions: As an aperitif, or with warm oysters, crab and grapefruit salad, Japanese cuisine (sushi and sashimi), scallop risotto, trout in blue cheese sauce, seafood blanquette (fish and scallops), king prawns sautéed in garlic and parsley, goat’s cheese, or Curé Nantais (a traditional cheese of the Nantes region).
