Appearance: Pale pink with slight hints of gold
Nose: Strawberry and raspberry fruit
Palate: Creamy and rich with a fresh red fruit character and very fine bubbles
Pairing suggestions: As an aperitif, or with sushi or sashimi, quail with grapes, Ossau-Iraty cheese and black cherry jam, raspberry macarons, strawberry or raspberry tiramisu, strawberry charlotte cake, raspberry cake, chocolate soufflé, fig tart, red fruit crumble, chocolate feuillantine, chocolate fondant cake, or candied chestnuts.
Grape variety: 95% Grolleau Noir & 5% Pinot Noir
Age of vines: 15 to 20 years
Ageing potential: 2 to 3 years
