Nose: Crushed red fruits and spiced notes

Palate: Very fresh, sweet red fruit

Pairing suggestions: Goose rillettes, melon with cured ham, barbecued meats (beef or lamb skewers, pork, beef or turkey sausages), quiche Lorraine, charcuterie, cold roast chicken, ham and roast beef sandwiches, tomato tart, soft cheeses.

Grape variety: 100% Grolleau noir

Age of vines: 20 years old

Ageing potential: 2 to 3 years
